  "I stayed here with friends in April. The house is bright, airy and fantastically well equipped, the owners have clearly thought of every little detail. There's plenty of space for 4 people, with a good sized kitchen/diner and a lovely living room, equipped with a super comfy sofa. You can see the sea from the living room and front garden, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could need. I really loved staying in No.42 for the week. Pittenweem itself is a beautiful wee place, with a small shop and post office, as well as a rather tasty chocolate shop. The coastal path is worth wandering along (even just as an excuse to get to the famous Anstruther chip shop a couple of miles away!) and St Andrews is only a 15 min drive away. This house would be the perfect retreat if you want a quiet holiday on the sea. I'll definitely be back! " More >
