For business travelers, who wants to visit Barcelona, this is not a hotel I would recommend, since distance from center of Barcelona is about one hour drive away, but take into account it was a Mobile World Congress time, I would say it is a good choice. Maybe the only negative experience would be the positioning of smoking lounge in between entrance and reception, so everybody has to pass the cloud of smoke to get to reception or to enter into hotel.   "My boyfriend and I stayed at this charming hotel for a long weekend and were overall, impressed with the hotel and it's location. As you approach it looks very grand and upon entering it smells divine! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which was refreshing and made our trip more enjoyab..."le. Our room was slightly disappointing though, as our 'double' bed was two single beds pushed together, with separate sheets which wasn't ideal for a couple. It was clean and tidy though and the complimentary toiletries were great and included a small bottle of the scent that was used in the reception area of the hotel. The hotel also offers free WIFI, which would have been great if it worked on the tv but throughout our stay it said the service for that and to watch films was unavailable, which was annoying. I stayed in a ground floor room which seemed larger than other rooms. The restaurant within the hotel was very nice, food was quite good. The hotel is located next to a large shopping center with many stores and restaurants to be found nearby, also several supermarkets are right next door.
