  "I liked this hotel. felt like I was in some 1930s movie hotel set. The entrance is small and in a side lane (a bit difficult to find) and the reception is small like in a guest house. The hotel is located in the city centre and there is a lot to explore around. The staff is really very nice ..."and have to really appreciate the multi-tasking functions they perform. The same girl was at the reception and serving in the restaurant; and when the TV in the room refused to switch on, she was the technician too! The best part was the 1920's feel restaurant and the food was good. I was not surprised the cook was the other lady who was at the reception! The breakfast was a bit disappointing. " More >

  "The Hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are good size and clean. The staff make you feel like family. There is a restaurant in the hotel with a bar. They also serve breakfast everyday and it's free. I would say that it's your typical european breakfast. It's buffet style. Don't expect pancakes and ..."bacon. They do have cereal, fruit, nice fresh rolls, cold cuts, different types of cheese, scrambled eggs and yogurt. Located in the center of town. They also have a little court yard where you can eat, drink or smoke. There is also a beautiful very large smoking room just across the court yard. I stayed two weeks and really enjoyed myself. I will be back in Doebln next month and already made my reservation before I left. Just an excellent stay. " More >
