Altough they did not speak English very well everyone tried their best to communicate and they helped whenever they could. The package we booked included 3 meals a day. As we were not there at the main season and only a few people stayed at the hotel you could choose from a very small menu and unfortunately the quality of the food served from the menu was not very good. At one day there were more people in the hotel and there was a buffet and the buffet was quite good.   "I stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions as my work take me to this region of Russia and always look forward to coming back. First of all, perfect location - right in the middle of the main pedestrian street and just 300 meters from the sea. Nevertheless, building is located at the angle to ..."the street, so you can escape the noise of the main promenade. Rooms are nicely done, very clean and well maintained with all necessities. It is not a 5 star hotel but you can find everything you need for a nice relaxed stay. And even if you do not have something in you room, staff will get it for you. Here comes a main point - service. Every employee is doing best to make you happy. Very courteous, smiley, efficient. Once I had to leave earlier due to work reasons, but my clothes were in dry cleaning.
