We had a thermostat in our room and had no problems being hot/cold. It was a quick 10 minute walk to Old Market, they had shuttles, but since it was nice we didn't mind the walk. Breakfast buffet was included in our rate as well, pretty good food. Was worth the $13 price if you had to pay.
