The room was very ergonomic as well as had everything we needed (fridge, microwave) and more. The bathroom was set up nicely for a family (sinks were outside the shower/toilet area). The hotel was in top shape and extremely clean. The pool area was small, but very nice and the kids had so much fun with other guests at the hotel. The most surprising was that on Tuesdays/Wednesdays and Thursdays, there is a dinner (sponsored by the hotel employees)from 5:30-7:30 included with your room.   "We spent several months at this location. The staff was wonderful. Lindsey at the front desk took very good care of us. Jeanie hosted the Sundown Buffett did an excellent job. The suites were very nice and had everything you needed. Also, there were extra storage rooms for luggage."

Unfortunately, there was some kind of miscommunication in 2012 resulting in Staybridge not being aware that we had a reservation with them. Despite this problem, the staff at Staybridge went above and beyond by finding (and paying) for a hotel for us at a hotel across the street from the airport. They provided us drinks to take with us to our new hotel and vouchers for lunch at a local restaurant to use when we returned to get our car 10 days later. Based on their excellent customer service in 2012, we decided to book directly with them for our trip in 2013.
