  "This was our second stay at Wilson's Lodge and reinforced our very positive first impressions. Unlike some other Resorts, you can truly relax and be casual at Oglebay. We stayed in a lovely room, 849, with a view of the peaceful lake and rolling hills and enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watchi..."ng the deer and listening to the birds. The room was very spacious and well-laid out with ample room to relax on the sofa to watch TV in a separate space from the bed itself. The corner fireplace would be much more attractive (and useful!) in the winter. There are quite a few activities - we took a Segway tour with Montana, a chatty, congenial guide who shared the area's history with us during the hour-long adventure. There's also a full golf course, miniature golf, paddle boats, pool, fishing, etc. to choose from, so you won't get bored.   "Went with some friends for a guys weekend, one of the guys has been going here since he was a kid. The hotel itself was dated but very clean, restaurants had good food, and the golf was exceptional. We will return again."
