Our room was on the ground floor; the rooms above us had a balcony. We appreciated the quality mattresses after spending our days visiting the Hatfield and McCoy sites within driving distance. Nearby, in one direction, there is a large shopping plaza with plenty of restaurants to choose from. In another direction you can find more quaint places to eat. I felt safe coming and going to my car and while relaxing on the patio under the stars watching heat lightning over the forested mountains.   "The ladies at the desk were very accommodating to our group. She even opened the refrigerator for me at night to get milk for my cookies. :) rooms were clean and kept as expected. The location was convenient to a couple of restaurants and other stores. "

  "We arrived Logan Holiday Inn Express on Friday 12 April to 2 rooms reserved from their website with a military discount for a 4 night stay. We were unable to reserve King sized beds but did get 2 Queen size per room. Check in was painless and the rooms were spotless. The air conditioner/heater wa..."s effecient. There is a large breakfast area with sofa/chairs in front of the fireplace/TV. We used this area every night to play cards. The complementary breakfast was your typical cerial, bagles and such but they also served hot food. Oven fresh cinnamon rolls, fresh pancakes and omelets with bacon or sausage. Saved us having to spend money on breakfast each day. The hotel is located in the ideal spot near to Wal-Mart and other shopping/eating areas. The hotel was pretty vacant until Sunday when what appeared to be out of area workers showed up so that is probably why the King beds were not available. I would definately stay again! " More >
