  "Stayed here for 1 night midweek,brought package for 2 days in the park and a nights stay with a view of the animals...paid £246... First impressions were WOW...the decor is fab animal prints huge windows over looking reserve,place feels very clean and the staff are friendly...our room was lovely ov..."er looking the animals althou none are left out over night...wish i was told this..they are in from 5ish...room i could not fault apart from not enough tea/coffee and lack of toiletry's for a family room..liked the fact we could look around part of the animal park when closed...the spa was lovely althou was busy around 5pm but went again in the morning and was not busy at all.the buffet breakfast was very nice,no problem in getting a table... no wi fi in rooms only in the halls. I would go back here again was a really nice stay..we didn't eat in the restaurant as the choice for a vegetarian is next to nothing which is a let down..Enjoyed the wi room too...I am looking forward to going back...   "Themed rooms with fun for the kids!"
  "We visited early May Bank hol weekend and was surprised that the Saturday night was not too busy. The themed rooms have a really good separate children's bedroom with their own tv and challenge to open the combination locked safe. My 7 and 5 year old loved the challenge and delighted to find a treat..." inside the safe! Breakfast good, Madagascar characters came to say hello, pool very busy, lovely views of the safari animals. The only downside was the early rider benefit which was supposed to give a whole hours park use before the gates opened at 10am. Reality was that we did not get access to the park until 9.30 and only the Wild Asia section was open. My son wanted to go on the Vampire which did not open until 10am. By the time we had walked down to Transilvania, the gates had opened to the public at 9.45am. I would rather have enjoyed the hotel and gone for a swim rather than queue 30 mins to get into the park!   "Pleasant stay, shame the prices are too high!"
  "Stayed here 1 night. The Check-in was stress free and the Asian man behind the desk was extremely helpful when i had to pay by cash. Room was comfortable, service charge to have anything from a bucket of ice to having a sandwich delivered is £5!! So i went down to get the bucket of ice myself. Als..."o i thought the room rate was too expensive for 1 night at £119. Esp when u buy park tickets etc. Toiletries were nice. Didnt like the dove handwash as a person with arthiritis it was difficult to push in easily to get soap out. Overall, i had a nice stay. Would recommend. " More >
