  "My husbands mother was in the Vermont Respite House in Williston. We got a call that she only had a short time to live, so we drove 19 hours straight to get to VT. We arrived in Shelburne about 10 PM and stopped at the Days Inn. They got us a room very quickly. I told them that we didn't know how lo..."ng we were going to staying and they were very accommodating. We added days as we went and ended up staying for 8 nights. The breakfast was very nice too. We would eat before we would leave for the Respite House every morning which gave us a good start each day. We are extremely happy with our stay and will go there again when we return to Shelburne.
