Unfortunately on the eve of our wedding we were badly let down by an outside contractor we had personally hired to come in and decorate the wedding suite. As you can imagine this was quite a stressful situation but the totally unprofessional nature of this contractor could not have been in greater contrast to the class and professionalism of Jacksons hotel. The room was a little outdated in terms of modern standards but it is so full of old, Irish charm. I can go anywhere for some high-end modern hotel, this is much better. The rooms ..."are all different, unique and charming. The hotel hallways are seemingly endless - esp to get to the pool which was interesting. The pool was great - quiet and a great atmosphere. The lobby is beautiful and the overall feel is very much like a family inn which i loved. The most amazing aspect of this hotel though is the staff - everyone was amazing, wonderful and kind. The food was also great. Definitely worth a visit, and I would totally return if in the area. " More >
