  "We pulled in to Winchester Bay RV Resort and were pleasantly surprised by what awaited us. The park is immaculate and well laid out. You face the ocean or the bay which makes for a great view. The bathrooms and laundry area were absolutely spotless and well equipped. The hookups were ideally placed...." Lights come on at dark were the hookups are located, but none of the lights are bothersome. The shrubs are meticulously manicured. There is a walking path around the grounds. There is ample space between sites and each spot has a place to park your tow. The staff was very friendly. The only minor complaint I have is that the wifi is unpredictable.   "My wife and I are currently here. It is our first time, but if we come this way again, it probably won't be our last. We booked the room over the internet with no prior knowledge of the motel. When we arrived, we were a little apprehensive at the outside appearance. It doesn't give the appearance o..."f being run down, but it also doesn't give the appearance of being very modern. Once inside the room, that perception changed. Our room is updated and has all the amenities. The fridge is larger than a normal hotel mini-fridge and has a regular freezer with a separate door. It has a full kitchen and the stove has an oven. The microwave is full-size. The coffee maker is a 12-cup maker. If it makes any difference, the appliances are stainless steel. The beds are very comfortable. My only complaint is that there could be more counter space in the bathroom, but that isn't a deal breaker. If you're using your GPS to find the motel, don't list the town as Winchester Bay, list it as Reedsport. W... " More >
