  "We love to stay here in Garibaldi at the Harborview. The rooms have a beach theme which is perfect since you are staying within a few feet of Tillamook Bay. Some of the rooms face out into the marina and the backside of the motel faces an RV park which is very well maintained and the view of the b..."ay. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. During the winter when most are not RVing you have a beautiful view of the bay from your room. Most people who come to stay here enjoy crabbing off the docks, clamming and going out on the charter boats to fish or whale watch. The office staff are the best and know a lot about the area. I think that they could be tour guides. They are great!! When you are here don't forget to visit the Bayfront Bakery. It has the best bakery goods that we have found on the Oregon Coast. " More >

  "The staff was outstanding from check-in to (early) check-out! They serve a decent breakfast buffet as well as happy hour snacks - including one hot snack. The room was clean and comfortable, although we did find the bed to bit too stiff//hard. Towels were clean and fluffy. We did let the front des..."k staff know about a minor issue with our room and they seemed genuinely concerned and attentive - took notes to later address the issue (the fridge made part of our bottled water freeze). If we had planned to stay longer they would have moved us upon hearing that we found the bed too hard. The pool area looked clean (we didn't swim - only looked in through the window), and the hotel overall was very clean; I would stay here again especially if we could try the bed (or bring a mattress pad- my mom said we are "very sensitive" to bed firmness).
