Small rough pool towels a minor quibble. The decor in the pool room was dark, made it feel smaller. No hot tub. Front desk and maintenance staff were friendly. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was standard but good; push button pancake maker a nice novelty. Coffee forgettable. Other family members stayed in a competing chain nearer Warren, and for an extra $30 nightly got a tired room, similar pool, and out-of-order hot tub. We scored! " More >

Both desk clerks were extremely efficient and welcoming. They even called about ten minutes after we arrived to ask if..." we were satisfied with our room. We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade and were placed in an executive king suite. Our spotlessly clean room was large and beautiful, with a coffee station, three phones, big TV, microwave, fridge, and a couch and lounge chair. It also had a work desk and a small dining table. The bathroom was great with lots of counter space and FOUR electrical outlets. They thought of everything. Breakfast the next morning was the standard fare, but served hot and very tasty.
