This is a lovely place to stay and I would recomend it for anyone. Seahouses is also a wonderful area, and this B&B is in a great location only a short walk from the Harbour. It offers a great base in which to explore the outstanding Northumberland coast line. " More >

The breakfast is great and sets you up for the day, don't miss it! :-) This place is also excellent as a base to explore the Northumberland coast as..." it is slap bang in the middle of all the main sites. It is perfect if you want to take a trip to the Farne Islands and is also a stones throw from some good pubs and eateries. Just make sure you are organised with dinner plans, most places stop serving food at 8.30pm! On my second visit with my boyfriend, we decided to stay in the four poster room and make a romantic weekend of it. My only slight criticism is that the bed, although gorgeous, is slightly on the small side. On my first stay which was during the quiet period in March, they upgraded us completely free of charge to the room with a sea view above the dining room which was fantastic with amazing views over the Farne Islands.
