  "Recently stayed here as a couple for the weekend, attending a wedding nearby. The property itself is your typical quaint English countryside house - floral carpets, lots of little ornaments, etc. The room we had was fairly small, but did have it's own (also small) bathroom en-suite and was comfortab..."le for the two nights we were staying. The real value in this place is the great service - it is owner-managed, and the owners are fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable about the area, they will also cook you one of the best breakfasts you will ever have each morning - all local produce, farm fresh. Location is also good - there is a great pub (Baron's Cross) about 200m down the road if you don't feel like driving into town for dinner, and if you do, it's easy to find your way there and back again.
