  "We were at the CRT from 24th April - 6th May 2013. We picked this place for our honeymoon because we wanted an all-inclusive, adults-only resort with a difference. Neither of us have stayed at all-inclusives before...we have now been converted! The grounds were stunning, we both love the outdoors..." so it was magical feeling like you were surrounded by a bit of the jungle with the 'wildlife' wandering around (I just wish so many people didn't feed them). When picking up other travellers for a tour to Coba, we both commented on how we preferred the winding paths and enclosed feeling of the resort rather than the wide open expanses of manicured lawns at other hotels. The beach was awesome, the softest sand I have ever felt, and the sea was crystal clear. For 10 out of 11 days we were there, the sea had quite a few waves...nothing too strong apart from 1 day when bikini bottoms had to be held onto!   "We just returned from our fourth trip to CRT and it keeps on getting better. I will not review the said before obvious--great beach, pool, rooms, meals and friendliest staff of our 26 trips to Mexico. So...here's whats new. Upon check-in we were told the dress code is casual. No more pants ..."for men in the a la carte restaurants. Put something on top, on the bottom and cover the soles of your feet and you are good to go. New menus in Italian and Mexican since last year. Some of your old fav's might be gone, but there are new items upon which to feast. Thai restaurant is open. We ate there twice. Loved the appetizer platter and spring roll appetizer. Thought there was too much soy on the entrees, so upon returning asked for NO SOY and found the dishes better.   "My husband and were at this resort from April 29 to May 13, 2013. I want to thank Carolyn for her advice and answers to all of our questions. We had a bottom floor room in building five and it was wonderful. The room was clean and there was no concerns about any type of insects. On hot days it wa..."s cool and we did not notice any musty smell. Room service was prompt and we did not have to request anything extra during our two week stay. We utilized the laundry service and it was quick and very reasonable. We loved the adults only and I don't think we will stay at a family resort again. It is so nice to have a calm quiet atmosphere! With having no reservations and no limits on restaurants it was easy not to plan your day around dinner and still be able to enjoy all the resort had to offer.
