We arrived at the hotel three hours before check-in time but they graciously gave us a room and upgraded it to a water view. The room was spacious, clean and decorated with a modern decor. There was a huge desk in the sitting area with multiple plugs for charging our phones, iPads and cameras. Complimentary buffet breakfast included fruit, cereal, hot oatmeal with toppings, cold cereals, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, bagels, pastry, coffee, tea, fruit juice along with numerous other items. The staff was cheerful and helpful. I was worried that this hotel would be a bit too far from wine country, since during my last visit I stayed in Greenport which is right in North Fork. We called down to the desk and they offered to send someone up immediately. We told them we were getting ready to go out to dinner and they could come while we were out. When we arrived back at the hotel, 3 hours later, we asked about the TV and they said they weren't able to repair it. "Problem"! - Solution?
