  "We stayed at this hotel one night on our trip back from Maine. We called ahead to make reservations and the lady on the phone was very helpful. We told her we needed a room with 2 beds and a rollaway as we had 3 boys with us. She told us that would not be a problem. Even provided directions for ..."us to the hotel. Check in was easy and efficient. We were told the rollaway was already in the room. Which I found impressive since we had just called less than 30 minutes prior. Receptionist was very helpful providing info regarding the hotel for us as we checked in and providing a menu for a nearby restaraunt to us. Once we got to the room we realized the room had a pull out sofa. On our way to the indoor pool we stopped by the desk and asked if they could take the rollaway out and they said no problem and it was out of the room by the time we were done swimming.
