And of course they have to get their money up front - this day and time, too many people skip out on the check(maybe not you, if your reading this, but many people do). Anyway, I think the Cabins are great and stay there everytime I'm in Cloudcroft - many of the other businesses in Cloudcroft should take a lesson in customer service from the current owners ...   "Perfect fit!"
  "The husband and I found out last minute we had a weekend off, and decided to drive up to Cloudcroft. We saw the hotel and pulled in. It was 6 on a Saturday evening, and the little town was all closed. The hotel was also, but we called the number on the door and the owner was there in about 3 minutes...". The room was exactly what we wanted. Good bed, hot shower, tv, and close to the restaurant and bar. We were in room 4. nothing too fancy, but comfy. The tub was claw-footed which was neat, and the shower never had a problem staying hot. the owners were lovely and welcoming, even giving us tips on a good hiking trail nearby. After a night out at the Western Bar (cash only btw) downstairs we slept very well and checked out by 11. We would definitely stay here again. The price was right and the room was too.! " More >
