The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs and, in particular, the bar staff treated us like family during our most recent stay. Ms. Ann, Carrie, Achmed and the other ladies and gentlemen at the bar treated our daughter like a little princess, which made our stay so much easier - especially since jet lag caused us to spend many an early-morning hour in the hotel bar. I stayed in the old original wing with a balcony view room. The swimming pools are spectacular and are spotl..."essly clean. My room overlooked the larger of the two pools and provided much entertainment day and night. Rooms in the old wing are worn. Water pressure and hot water availability is not the best. Curtain rod would fall down every time I opened the curtains. One of the two phones in the room was dead when I arrived and took two days to get replaced. I never got the DVD player to work and when I requested it be looked at I was told I probably had purchased bad DVD’s (they played fine on my computer though). The ceiling fan has a multispeed control on the wall however mine only had two speeds, off and very high. Wifi access was spotty at best however there is also wired Internet a... " More >
