The folks at Glacier Trailhead cabins took our credit card info over the phone and left keys out for us at the office as we didn't make it to the cabins till after midnight. These cabins are great - comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms were modern with lots of hot water. The room includes a microwave and mini-fridge. We were exhausted so we didn't have much time to really enjoy the setting, but was still a nice place to stay. I especially liked that the cabins were authentic log-constructed cabins, they each a nice front porch and were spread out enough to feel like you had your own little place. I myself manage a large team of customer service representatives in the diamond and jewelry industry, and I know good service when I see it. Believe me, if I could hire Biva I would. His attitude is what made our visit so special (other than the park itself of course). I imagine that most of your employees are temporary workers on summer jobs, but in case Biva is still working with you, I would definitely consider promoting him or at the very least give some lessons to your other employees (not that I had what to complain about).
