The rooms and baths could not have been cleaner, and everything down to the towels were top quality. And I enjoyed the stories about the owner's lives, previous residents, as well as interesting guests.   "We have stayed at this property before; however never at the "big" house. The feel is definitely being in the country/mountains and near water. However, we were within walking distance of all town amenities. It was quiet and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and easily accommodated 3..." families. The house was clean and had all necessary items for a comfortable stay. They even left flowers and fruit on the counter for us. The flowers, trees and birds were wonderful to wake up to. The pool and hot tub on the property was ready for us; however we did not have time to use. The drive for river fishing was short and easy to get to as well. " More >
