We did use the business center to print up our train tickets. That was were we ran into our only problem with the stay. The ink was pretty low in the printer causing it to print very lightly, but it still worked. Breakfast was nice. Typical hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, fruit, cereal, yogurt and a selection of pastries and bagels. It was just what we needed. I would recommend requesting a room away from the pool. There was quite a bit of noise in the hall from people heading to/from the pool. " More >

He gave us directions to everythi..."ng we needed to find and ensured our room was set up with the cot we requested by the time we had returned from a short food run - we encountered Matt a couple of times throughout the weekend and he was always pleasant and helpful. We needed a fridge in the room and house keeping quickly and cheerfully fulfilled our request and then the wait staff hurried wine glasses up to us - we have to give some credit to the management and the positive impact they are having on the staff as everyone was outstanding. It's best to get as high as you can and ask for an east side room. Leave your curtains open and enjoy a spectacular sunrise. The sunsets on the West side are pretty great too. Bathrooms are small but covered in beautiful real carrera marble. They provide a rubber mat for the tub. All hotels should include this simple safety feature. The restaurant is excellent.
