  "This trip was a quick overnight trip for work. The room was very clean, iron and ironing board were clean and in good repair, wake up call with no issues, show was good, HVAC was good, no maintenance issues with the room, and breakfast was good as well. I have stayed at this hotel many times over ..."the past 6 or 7 years, and this is my normal experience. I did have one outlier stay a few months ago with my wife and kids. We had a 3 room suite (2 Q/1 K/living room), and that room was pretty beat. Walls repaired but not painted, carpet fraying in several spots, doors and door jambs damaged, furniture in bad shape. I was very surprised, and my wife was disappointed. I was thinking that maybe the hotel was slipping, but after my stay last night, I'm attributing it to just that bad room. " More >
