Options for vegetarians were available but limited and included a salsify casserole (perhaps this is seasonal). Breakfast was either continental (cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc.) or a full hot buffet; both options were economical. We arrived after a long day on the road, checked in and made our way to their bar, the Owl's Nest. A little disappointing, but the bartender Joshua helped me pick out a couple to try. While at the bar, we met the owners who are are very nice people, as well as a few of the local residents. We had a terrific evening making new acquaintances. Breakfast was pretty good. They served eggs and cornmeal pancakes to order, but had the rest out on a buffet.
