  "We had never been to this resort and chose it based on reviews and availability for April vacation. We were so happy we chose Coconut Point! The room was beautiful overlooking the pool & bay. The customer service was excellent. Taking the 10 minute boat to the private island was paradise! We saw dol..."phins every day and the beach was perfect; so private, clean and beautiful. The pools were so great too. Being able to go down to the cafe in the morning to grab coffee and something for breakfast was so convenient every morning. The $25 resort fee is worth it since it includes parking (30 seconds from hotel) the beach, pools, lazy river, DVD rentals and more. We loved that we didn't feel the need to leave the resort much to have a "real" vacation because of the beach, etc. The staff were all so nice and on top of things.   "As usual Hyatt does not dissapoint. This is a great place for a laid back vacation. It would be especially good for families with the multiple pools, including a river pool and easy free shuttle to a private beach. It would have been nice if "heated pools" (River pool, adult pool and one other po..."ol were supposed to be heated) were acually heated. The river pool was just right, however the adult pool and the other heated pool were almost too cold to use until our last day. The on site restuarant is fairly good, and a free shuttle ride will carry you to the Hyatt Regency a short distance away which has several excellent places to eat and drink. They have activities planned every day for kids of all ages. There is lots of shopping nearby, including a large outlet mall. Downtown Naples is about 30 minutes away, and it is well worth the drive to indulge in high end shopping and wonderful restuarants.
