The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. My family and I felt so comfortable we wanted to stay an extra night. The kitchens were nicely stocked with plates, cups, utensils, etc. The heating and AC worked very well as soon as turning them on. The bathroom had plenty of towels soap and lotion in case someone forgot anything. The complementary breakfast was good as well. The first morning we had sausage scrambled eggs, and omelet, biscuits as well as cold cereal, bagels toast, yogurt, and different beverage options. The only negative for me was... " More >

  "I have truly enjoyed my time at the Hilton Homewood Suites. People here are very warm, helpful, and they just make me feel at home every single day. I am very grateful of their service. Also the hotel is very clean. I have never worried about dirty bed sheets or dirty bath tub. The breakfast is also..." great. I eat there every morning. I especially appreciate how they have cooking equipment provided: i love cooking and sometimes i cook for my daughter. She likes how she can eat dishes cooked by me whenever she wants to. Living in Hilton is truly an amazing experience that i would never forget. Although it could be a little expensive since i was living there for two months, but in general I think i made the right decision by staying there. " More >

  "Kudos to the Courtyard by Marriott in Wallingford for their lovely staff, clean and pleasant rooms, nice amenities, and convenient location. I was in New Haven for 10 days taking care of a very ill parent, spending 12 hours a day at Yale New Haven Hospital. This hotel was my oasis at the end of th..."e day, and everything about it was great. The front desk staff are lovely and accommodating - props especially to Lindsey, who is a delight and went out of her way to make my stay more pleasant. They offer tasty food in the Bistro (though be aware the hours are limited). My room was large, comfortable, clean and incredibly quiet. I started at the Clarion in Hamden and it was terrible - stale smoke smell in the room, rude front desk staff. To my surprise the Marriott was no more expensive, and after I moved there I could not have been happier. I will stay here every time I return to the area. " More >
