  "I have never stayed at this chain of hotels before and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very large with a full kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The room was very clean with flat screen TV's and was VERY quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful, always smiling and offering me a little ...""free treat" to choose from on check in. One thing I was not thrilled with was the breakfast, very cheesy, no protein and too many carbs. Some yogurt or hard-boiled eggs would have been a BIG improvement. I also felt the fitness room could have used a upgrade, old equiptment that is outdated. Within a five minute walk is Starbucks, Jamba Juice and some little places to eat, a big bonus. I was here on business but I would stay with family, friends and couples. I was given a late checkout which I appreciated because I had gotten in very late the night before, very accomodating!   "What a difference to the Extended Stay next door! The Hyatt House is a clean, quiet, excellent location. My single bedroom suite was like new, with a small functional kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, dishes, pots/pans and utensils for 4). The bedroom had a large comfortabl..."e bed, 3-drawer dresser, flat-screen TV, and alarm clock radio; the adjoining bathroom had toilet and large walk-in shower, large separate sink area and a walk-in closet. The separate living area had a fold-out sleeper couch, large screen TV, desk and chair with wired (100) and wireless (54) free internet. The common areas are well maintained. The brand-new breakfast/bar area is great; good choices for breakfast and an evening reception with free food and drink. The pool and jacuzzi area is clean and relatively unused; the surrounding area is filled with tables and chairs, umbrellas and a sports area. There is also a place to have a grill party.
