  "This Hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. The room was clean, bedding and towels clean, the bed was very comfy. The staff amazing, could not be too helpful and very happy with each other, good banter and trying their very best to make the stay a good one. The food, Oh well where do I start.....".. There is so much food, styles, themes, hot, cold, salads, chefs specials, fish, meat, paella, pasta, chicken, the list goes on and on, beautifully presented on large buffets. Soups, Breads, Salads and vegetables, fruit, puddings, ice-cream, cakes.........Breakfast exactly the same, everything you could possibly want, can NOT understand English people who go abroad and have a fry-up,. The entertainment was very good except for their in-house trio which are a joke, if you didn't fancy that nights list you could pop across to the Sister Hotel and watch their entertainment instead and use their spa.   "This is the second time at the hotel the area is just wonderful lovely walks . The hotel is clean and the staff can't do enough to make your holiday just the best ever , they are happy in there work seem a very happy team from the cleaners right up to management . When you go in to dinner the manage..."r cooks and staff welcome you in to dinner . There is a relaxed atmosphere in the hotel . The pool area is clean and welcoming lovely palm trees sun beds we have the use of the sister hotel the Palace if you want . The food so many different dishes hard to choose well prepared and presented , we didn't go in to the entertainment so I can't comment . In the evening we would walk by the sea to a lovely bar listen to music there . There is a walk over a beach not far away to a fishing village called La Caleta well worth a visit glass of wine over looking the sea wonderful .would deffintaly go back again . " More >

  "Lets get the negatives over with first. Four of us arrived at midnight and checked in gived map and room card no porter so it took us 30mins to find block in the dark . Found lift and room on fourth floor we (two couples) got into room .Palm tree blocking light across both our balconies didn't unpa..."ck back to reception coudnt help . Next morning spoke to reception if not happy with room allocated to change room's is a €100 per week per room wasn't paying that so we unpacked and settled for our two week stay . Entertainment was poor but booking the alacart restaurant made up for it. You are allowed three a week .Asian Mexican Spanish and Canarien and Italian all we're excellent. Drinks are local alcohol whisky rough but all else palatable food in buffet restaurant was very good and wine beer served with meals and plenty top ups you didn't need to ask all in all good value for money but found two weeks bit two long as we were a bit far out but weather good we had a relaxing holiday it...
