I found the customer serive better than expected, and the rooms were comfortable and easy to access.   "This is a business hotel. Totally. They hold meetings and conferences here. They are not focused on families or romance. There is a restaurant, but it is committed to huge buffet luncheons for business clients. Plus it is open only for lunch. You can eat in the bar at night or get room service...". Fortunately, there are other places to eat in the area. They do business events well. Very well. They even have a business concierge to monitor how their business events are going and to provide instant solutions to problems. The one problem with their meeting rooms is that some have Marriott-style dividers between rooms, so there is virtually NO noise buffer. This is not a fancy resort like a number of the facilities nearby in Phoenix or Scottsdale. I cannot imagine what would attract a family or couples to this hotel. " More >
