The rooms are lovely, the pool area luxe, and the public areas nicely furnished. But the architect who built this place should loose his license. All the ..."many buildings of guest rooms are designed in the Spanish mission style with arched colonnades protecting walkways in front of the rooms. But this design moron built crowns ringing the columns jutting out at about five feet in height. If you're short, especially wearing a cap or sun hat, you're in danger. Round the corner going to your rooms and wham--out of nowhere something knocks you on the head. After a few days of this you'll either have a black and blue forehead or lean not to cut corners. But it is a painful lesson. " More >

The room was magnificent with a beautiful view of camelback m..."ountain (building #10) the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Prado was amazing and the staff there was top notch. I will say I do understand what one reviewer said about a private birthday party as we were sitting by the pool when this party started. It was very disruptive and we left. That would be my only complaint....they shouldnt allow a private party when they have guests that will be disrupted. But that was only one glitch for one day of our 4 day stay. The rest was bliss....the adult pool was small but other than the one day, it was very peaceful. I would recommend this resort to anyone, great room, great food, great staff. " More >

  "This is up there with the very best. I was there for a business meeting and was so impressed with the property that I booked a weekend for the family. Very Zen like atmosphere and the crew is fantastic (they will go out of their way to accommodate pretty much anything). Rooms are big and well equipp..."ed, and they have rabbits running around the property which makes for a very charming experience. They have a fairly large gym that's open 24x7, great custom meeting rooms, and lots of swimming pools across the property. The only thing I would add is that it didn't seem like the place that little kids (under 5) would have a lot to do in so if you have a younger family you may want to consider a more family oriented place. They also have gluten free food on premise which was a big plus for me. " More >
