We had previously stayed a week at the sister hotel - the Grande Real Santa Eulalia Resort & Hotel Spa - and our credit card had been debited twice (800+ euros) at check out. The hotel had subsequently been aware of the problem and had contacted me by telephone on our arrival at Olhao to ask me to check our credit card account.
