He also organized a taxi back to the train station. I enjoyed staying at his place, and in Tiraspol.   "This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in - very professionally run and offering excellent for money. The hotel itself is well located being less than 10 minute's walk from Tiraspol's main street and has a very good restaurant and many other facilities including a fitness suite ..."(which I did not use). The staff were always very helpful and courteous and really did add to the quality of my stay. Rooms were very comfortable and always kept clean and tidy (I nipped out of my room for 15 minutes and, within that time, the room had been tidied up, despite the cleaners having cleaned earlier that morning!). A very small point - breakfast was a little confusing. Although the breakfast menu is available in English, it's not quite clear what can be ordered. I think that this is due to an error in the translation from Russian to English but, if the staff at the hotel are reading this review, do feel free to email the menu to me - I would be very happy to reword the m...
