We did not encounter any of the problems other reviewers write about, beside a small hick-up with our reservation when we arrived. We reserved an seafront room, but were given a partial seafront room, which was fine by us if they would devolve us the price difference, which in the end they did. I would recommended a day trip to Pipa beach (85 km form Natal) and a buggy tour (the buggy tour itself was fine, but they stop everywhere for some extra activities and of course all these activities require...
