There were tons of sunbeds to go round and lots of areas to find them in, the beach,main pool,infinity pool and around the jetties to sunbathe. The place was constantley being cleaned 24/7 to a very high standard and if you had any kind of problem they would deal with it straight away.You can catch a dolimus bus from just outside the main entrance that comes every 20 mins to Turgutreis town reccommend eating out at U... On arrival to hotel we were greeted by our rep Craig who quickly got us checked in, and arranged for our cases to be delivered to the room, reception Staff were lovely and often there t..."o help with any queries, few minor issues with rooms but that was all sorted once we let the reps no, (Helen and Craig), who were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and never walked passed you with out a without a hello or a smile. Welcome meeting was excellent in my opinion, very diffrent to other ones iv attended in the past.The restraunt was busy at meal times but we always got a table together as a family, avoid busy times like 7pm, food was lovely and lots of choice. Baia restraunt was free as part of our all inclusive for one visit, and was delicious. Excellent value for money although the bars prices have increased considerably. Our only gripes are that in room 219 the shower head has a mind of its own and would not stay in one place the shower curtain was too short and not a lot of use which meant water went all over the floor and would not drain back into the shower base this was obviously a known fact as there wa...
