It really is super kid/baby friendly (e.g., great play room area, water facility with age appropriate pools and slides), staff is very helpful/friendly (they appear immediately with beach towels when you grab a chair on the beach/by the pool), facility is not as luxurious as some of the hotels you will see in South East Asia but clean and reliable.
