I had read some reviews before we went and we were very worried about being in a bungalow, but we were very pleasantly surprised, it had been freshly painted and the furniture was not as dated as I expected. The staff were l..."ovely and we used to tip our waiter and cleaners, even though the cleaning was very basic they were always willing to help I you in anyway. The food was an unusual mix a bit samey, rice and potatoes for breakfast!! but you could get eggs and toast and eat and drink all day. You could always get a sunbed at the beach but not always at the pool. This hotel is not five star but the staff more than make up for this and it is good value for money .We would definitely go there again and the weather was fabulous. " More >

  "Just returned from a one week holiday at the Kanta on all inclusive, everybody very friendly from the cleaners to bar staff, reception, waiters and of course the guests. Mainly English guests but a few French, German and I think Tunisian. Everywhere kept spotlessly clean in both rooms and public a..."reas. The food was very nice with a good selection at all meals, though of course you get the usual moaners who I'm sure are complaining because of the lack of "British" items. If you don't like to try different food maybe you should not go abroad at all 'cos there really was nothing to complain about. The sweet table was to die for - never mind excess luggage all us ladies thought we would be the excess on the flight home!! The last lovely touch was when we got on the coach for our return transfer and the hotel manager boarded the coach and thanked us for staying at the Kanta and visiting Tunisia.
