Really nice swimming pool, we watched a troop of monkeys jump from tree to tree from the pool. The food is outstanding. Rayan, Chameera, Rohan and the pool attendant were really nice guys to chat to and help as was the young lady in the office helping with our change.   "Fantastic resort with an excellent staff. Situated close to Galle, easily accessible. The resort has about eight rooms, all attended to by a well trained staff. Beach is beautiful and clean, meals are delicious. Highly recommended. "

Thusitha was a wealth of information and answered all questions we had. We explored the villages, coasts and lakes. Animal wildlife is abundant and we were lucky enough to spot crocodiles, monkeys, turtles, fish, bird life and of course the 2 resident dogs. Sri Lanka's are amazingly friendly and we felt welcome and safe at all times. The only tip I would suggest on visiting Satori with kids: make sure you order children friendly foods before you arrive. I found the basics are not there if you don't pre order them. Most of the meals, although great for adults, do not always suit children. We look forward to visiting Sri Lanka and Satori again in the future. " More >
