We then took a seat in reception while we looked for information on tours etc in Dubai using the hotel free wifi. Within 15 minutes we were approached and informed a room was now available should we like to take it with an apology for the wait! Our room was beautiful on the 24th floor with balcony with a view to the beach. The room was spacious, modern and clean with a large bathroom offering a bath, separate shower and toilet cubicle. I hired a car and spent my time driving to Abu Dhabi and back so Im not sure about its proximity to Dubai city attractions outside of the mall (as these attractions were not what I was focused on). I booked a room with lounge access and everything was exactly as promised. The brand new limousine was waiting for me at the airport, along with excellent chauffeur service and warm welcoming facilities (individual lounge dedicated to the hotel at the airport).
