The staff were great, we arrived very early from Danag and they let us get into our room at 10.30am which was wonderful and when we bought some beautiful roses at the market they gave us a vase to put them in, they changed Aus$ for us and organised the airport bus for us, so yes the staff were very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent, we are quite addicted to Vietnamese coffee so we thoroughly enjoyed that every morning along with a host of local and western breakfast fare.
