The guest staff were super friendly, and check-in was very efficient. The room was very nice, with a great TV. Carpeting and linens were in good shape. I like how Holiday Inn Express provides several smaller pillows, each labeled with its level of firmness. We were both able to get a pillow that satisfied our preferences. I also like that Holiday Inn has dispensed with the heavy comforters in favor of a decorative piece. The air conditioner was a through-the-wall unit that was OK, but not great.
