  "1st night of the trip we stayed here before we went to Zagreb. Excellent receptionist and restaurant staff who are friendly and helpful. Our room at the end of 5th floor is a bit out-dated. The bathroom light kept blinking right before we went to sleep. And because we were too tired with jet-lag...", we just ignored it and let it be. But the rooms have balconies and it's nice to look out at the snowy scenery in the morning. The dinner and breakfast there were great and delish as we would have some terrible experiences later on during the trip. Only disappointment to me is that we were too tired and didnt have enough time the next day to try their wellness pool, which is recommended here by other TAs. " More >

There are pleasant air-conditioned rooms, abundant, tasty, great variety of Hungarian and international foods, reform dishes, indoor and outdoor activity pools, massage jets, 25 meters long indoor swimming pool. Nearby is the largest thermal hot water, natural lake in Europe. The staff is very friendly, polite, courteous. We spent a very pleasant week there, and as often as we can, we go back! " More >

  "We stayed in a nice apartment in Karoly vendeghaz, and it was a very good experience. Nice couple who runs this place, very helpful.There is also a small shop below the flat, where you can find a lot og things what is needed, and the breakfast with delicious Hungarian bread and Salami is just a few ..."steps away from your door. It is not far from the Natural Thermal Lake (Approx 500 meters) where there is also a good opportunity to go shopping, or try the famous Hungarian kitchen. The nightlife is not that big since this is a plase most people go to for healt and recovery. But of course you can find restaurants/pubs that is open late too.
