As this was a company convention, then the setting is ideal for keeping a "captive audience". There isn't much in the way of distractions within a 5km radius and a taxi ride would be required to get somewhere. The staff were very welcoming. Coffee/snacks were plentiful and varied - nice detail compared to other hotels. Meals were good with a pretty broad buffet offer. For the runners amongst you, forget the hotel gym (small, but bearable) and take your running shoes.
