We were between seasons so very quiet but great bar area. Given that this team is put together anew every year, it is incredible how well trained and cohesive the team is. Such nice, polite and professional young people. The place is now much, much better managed than in the last couple of years, with much more enthusiasm and sharpness. The team of young chefs was remarkably talented - food of the highest quality both at breakfast and dinner, when the dishes were especially imaginative (try onion ice cream with the carpaccio of thinly sliced beef, and the popcorn soup as dessert!!).
