There is a free mineral bath a couple miles out of town. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I didn't realize when I booked it, that B & B Orchard is in the middle of an old, historic town surrounded by a wall. As a result, the roads are narrow and not straight. Orchard B & B is on a 1 way street. If you are not familiar with the town, I suggest googling the directions, and magnifing the map to help you find the B & B.
