Mount Mayon, which is an active volcano, is sixty miles away as the crow flies and can be seen in the distance so we gather, on a moon lit night from the highway outside Asog Hotel. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by warm smiles from everybody, from the doorman t..."o the concierge, and were accompanied immediately to our suite. The room, just like the rest of the hotel, had aesthetically pleasing interiors that were well-kept and clean. The staff also always provided us with enough clean towels, pillow cases, and sheets, ensuring that we were comfortable during the entirety of our stay. They were very accommodating and friendly, giving us quick and satisfying service whenever we asked for water or had other requests. For lunch and dinner, we frequented the hotel's restaurant and enjoyed the wide variety of food it had to offer. Overall, we had a pleasant stay that definitely exceeded expectations.   "I was certainly not expecting any kind of luxurious hotels during my stay in Iriga. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find this beautiful hotel that a friend suggested for me and my girlfriend to stay. My first impression of the exterior was of a classy Hotel back at home in the U.S. in San Fan..."cisco - which I certainly would not be able to afford. As the bell boy takes our bags and the doorman opens the door into the foyer, I was not surprised - given my initial impression of the front of the building - of how beautiful it was. The concierge - like the doorman, was also very polite and helpful, and promptly handed me my room key then had the bell boy escort us the our room. The room was a reasonable size and it had a pleasant comfortable atmosphere to it. There wasn't much of a view, but hey, there isn't much to see in down town Iriga.
