Yes the Hotel is somewhat dated but for us this added to the charm of our Italian holiday and we were more than comfortable. The spa is very modern and fab. The rooms are more then acceptable when all you need is a place to shower, change and sleep very clean and tidy. The staff were more then willin..."g to help with our attempts at Italian. The walk into the new town of fuiggi took no longer then 5 mins at a steady pace. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from.
