I've stayed quite a few times, and this review covers two stays, arriving and leaving the UK...both were top notch. I've seen quite a few improvements over the years. The internet is good now. The rooms are well set out - although some people say they need an update, and this may be partly correct, the truth of the matter is that there's a good desk, good TV service, properly functioning bathroom, in room safe, comfortable bed, etc. etc. etc. I hope they continue to update things - but one thing you can't update is the staff. It was a hot night, and we opened the window for a while, but that was too noisy on the busy road and near the airport. We had the same a/c problem when we stayed at Ibis a year ago.
