The building is placed in a great location on the seafront and our room had a lovely view towards the sea. The owner welcomed us in warmly and showed us a..."round the B&B. He was very polite and friendly. There were tea making facilities in the bedroom and the linen was very clean and fresh. Breakfast the next morning was good with a decent sausage and not the cheap ones you get in many places. Only way it could have been better would have been an offer of a tea/coffee after the long drive up from London. A small point but one that is very much appreciated when B&Bs do that.   "given that this is a budget hotel, the rooms are clean, the bed comfortable and I don't get disturbed by noise, the only downside, as usual I couldn't get a table in the restaurant so had to eat out, but I stay in East Anglia 4 or 5 times a year, on business,and this is my hotel of choice."
